RETURNS

While we hope you love your purchase, we appreciate that sometimes things might not look quite right once you try them on at home. We are happy to offer refunds on all unworn full-price items purchased online if returned to us within 7 days of receiving the item. Please email hello@roundretail.co.uk to request your return – please state ‘Return request’ and your order number in the subject line.

Your returned item must reach us within 7 days of your return being approved. You are responsible for covering the cost to return the item and ensuring that it reaches us safely: we recommend obtaining proof of postage and keeping it until the item has been received by us. Once the item has been received and checked, you will be refunded the original item amount.

Please note that sales of all items purchased in store as well as sale items online, are final and cannot be returned.
