Pass on pre-loved pieces with ease
Selling with Round Retail is an easy, feel-good way to pass on pieces you’re no longer wearing and support our charity partner at the same time. We offer two options: simple donation or part-consignment, where we sell items on your behalf and split the proceeds between you, our charity partner, and Round Retail.
How it works — step by step
-
1. Register your items
Start by completing a quick form telling us what you’d like to sell or donate. You can bring a mix of both — many people do. Once approved, you’ll be booked into the next available drop-off slot at one of our pop-ups or at our Hackney Wick studio (postal drop-offs welcome too).
We accept high-quality, pre-loved fashion in excellent, ready-to-wear condition. Most contemporary, high-street, and mid-range brands are welcome.
-
2. Drop off or post your pieces
Bring your items to a pop-up or send them to our studio. When they arrive, our team checks each piece for condition and suitability.
If anything isn’t quite right for the pop-up, you can choose to have it returned or passed directly to a textile recycling partner. Our sell-through rate is very high — 98% of accepted items find a new home.
-
3. We curate, price and sell for you
Suitable items are added to our stock file and prepared for our charity pop-up: steamed, tagged, priced and merchandised within our curated edit.
Pricing takes into account brand, condition and demand. Items that sell for £15 and under are split between Round Retail and our charity partner. Items that sell for over £15 are split in equal thirds between:
- You (the consigner)
- Our charity partner
- Round Retail
Items remain on our stock file for 12 months, and any sales made during that period are still eligible for your third.
- You (the consigner)
-
4. Get paid
Payments are made by the end of the following month for the previous month. I.e. Items sold in November will be paid out by the end of December.
